Gallery Walk: BIRDS

On Monday we kicked off our bird expedition with an artifact-packed gallery walk.  Students explored a variety of nests, eggs, feathers, books, posters and photos, all relating to birds.  They used clipboards and a note-catcher to record wonderings, sketches, and observations.  Much enthusiasm was built for our upcoming unit!
