Early in the week we wrote stories about bird, incorporating two of the most recent skills we're working on: using rich vocabulary as we write and creating pieces of writing with good sentence fluency.  Second graders wrote incredible pieces and were excited to share their stories with their class.  Using the microphone system, our young authors proudly read their stories aloud to the class!
