Individual Bird Research Projects

We have moved into the last part of our expedition, which is the individual bird research portion.  Each child has chosen a bird that they want to study.  We will gather resources on each bird, take notes, write reports, and draw realistic illustrations of the birds we are studying.  Then each child will create a bookmark featuring their work.  We are excited for you to see all of their wonderful products when our work is completed.  We are proud to see growing independence with research, locating and determining important information.  Students are putting lots of energy and enthusiasm into this informational writing.
