This week we recorded our thinking about what early roads were like.

We read texts about early road conditions.

We also investigated early tradespeople. 

On Friday we were overjoyed to read the newly published prequel to our beloved Mercy Watson series by Kate DiCamillo.  We celebrated with butter cookies because Mercy LOVES a great deal of butter.  Chris Van Dusen's illustrations were fantastic as always!

We collected class data on our favorite fruits.
