Everyday Math Online

Everyday Math Online Login for Families at Home

Dear Families,

Our Everyday Math program now includes a family component that you and your child can access at home via computer or i-pad.  There are many resources available when you log in - tutorial videos, manipulative math tools, information and activities from that day’s lesson, games, an online reference book and an “EM at Home” section with resources for parents.  This is free for you to use!

Directions:
  1. Go to this site or link:  http://connected.mcgraw-hill.com/school/m1k3

  1. Click on the icon that says “Mrs. Pols.”  You will see a duck image next to it.

  1. Click on your child’s name.

  1. You will see a “Welcome” page for your child.  Use the attached password sheet to login.  Each child has a simplified login, a number, fruit and shape.  This is so they can access this easily themselves!

  1. After you enter their 3 item password choose “Login” at the bottom.

  1. A screen will appear that shows the cover of our math journal.  It is a blue book with a leaf sailboat.  Click on this book.

  1. Then you will arrive at the page where you will have many learning opportunities available.  The kids and I use this in class too so that they will be familiar  with how to navigate around and access math content and activities.

Please let me know if you have any questions.  I have extra copies of password cards in case anyone loses theirs.

I hope you are able to enjoy using this site to help your child practice and enjoy mathematics!
