Highlights from Today

We explored our Everyday Math Reference Books in class today.  They are a great resource for students to look up terms or concepts and skills that they need help with.

During Writing Workshop we examined shells with magnifying glasses.  To live like writers it is important for us to practice noticing tiny details around us.  We made observations of small shells with our writing partners and tried to stretch out our small moment narrative pieces with the tiny details in our memories.
