Friends of Merrymeeting Bay Visit

On Friday afternoon Kathleen joined us from Friends of Merrymeeting Bay.  She taught us about the adaptations and special features of three birds; the great horned owl, the blue heron and peregrine falcon.  The kids loved the chance to see the birds and ask questions.  We got to feel some wing feathers too.
