Highlights of the Week

Preparing for the holiday play in music - playing many instruments!

Our class won the Purple Penny Award on Friday afternoon for the most donations to Pocket Change for Charity.  Thank you to all of you generous students and parents.  

We found examples of nonfiction text features and made this anchor chart to help us remember the different features we are finding as we read.

We did buddy reading with Mr. Emerson's 4th grade class as part of National Picture Book Month.  Our class read over 550 picture books!
